However, if that is not possible, then I'd probably recommend going with http://delicious.com/ since it is still active. The scuttle.org site has been down for quite some time and if I had the funds (and authority) I'd bring it back. The difference between delicious and scuttle is that scuttle is open source. There are other flavors of social bookmarking, but I've enjoyed using scuttle. Hope this helps mesol.
